Colonial office,

Downing Street, S.W.1. 28th April, 1943.

My dear Bromley,

I enclose a copy of a note of discussion between Dr. Felihy, formerly Chief Health Officer in Hong Kong, and Ryde of the British Army Group at Kweilin on the former's arrival there. Felihy, on his arrival in this country, recovered the notes from the War Office and let us have a copy. There may be some material in it of interest to the Foreign Office.

Yours sincerely,

(Sgd.) W. B. L. Monson.
